Our Verdict

ALPHA is Fully Loaded's nicotine-free pouch line, but standard ALPHA and ALPHA Fuel are different products. Standard ALPHA lists 60 mg Alpha GPC, 60 mg L-Tyrosine, and 20 mg GABA without caffeine. Fuel lists 50 mg caffeine plus lower Alpha GPC and L-Tyrosine amounts, taurine, guarana, and theobromine. Those labels are transparent enough to compare, but the per-pouch nootropic amounts are well below many research protocols and do not prove a finished-product effect. The practical issue in July 2026 is availability: Fully Loaded's official store lists every standard and Fuel option as sold out.

What We Liked

  • Zero nicotine across standard ALPHA and ALPHA Fuel
  • Every active ingredient amount is listed instead of hidden behind a single blend total
  • Standard ALPHA is caffeine-free; Fuel provides a separate 50 mg caffeine option
  • Eight listed flavors cover mint, fruit, coffee, and mixed profiles
  • $4.99 list price is competitive when the product is available

What Could Be Better

  • All standard ALPHA and ALPHA Fuel variants were sold out on the official store on July 9, 2026
  • The nootropic amounts are modest compared with many study protocols, so label transparency should not be mistaken for proven efficacy
  • Fuel contains caffeine, guarana, and theobromine but no listed L-Theanine
  • Most reviews are hosted by the manufacturer; independent sentiment is limited and mixed
  • Standard ALPHA and Fuel share branding despite having materially different formulas

ALPHA Nootropic Pouches: The Short Answer

ALPHA is a nicotine-free pouch family from Fully Loaded. The standard formula is the calmer, caffeine-free label. ALPHA Fuel is the energy formula with 50 mg caffeine per pouch. The names are similar enough that it is worth checking the supplement panel before buying from a reseller.

Availability is the immediate constraint. On July 9, 2026, Fully Loaded's product page showed all eight flavors and all pack formats for both formulas as sold out. The $4.99 single-can price is therefore a list price, not evidence that an order can currently be fulfilled.

If stock returns, choose standard ALPHA when you specifically want no caffeine. Choose Fuel only when a 50 mg caffeine pouch fits your total daily intake. Neither formula should be treated as clinically proven simply because its ingredient amounts are disclosed.

Standard ALPHA vs ALPHA Fuel Ingredients

Standard ALPHA

  • Alpha GPC, 60 mg: a disclosed choline-source amount, but far below gram-level quantities used in some clinical research.
  • L-Tyrosine, 60 mg: clearly labeled, though also much lower than many stress-performance study doses.
  • GABA, 20 mg: a small oral amount with unresolved questions about how much reaches the brain.
  • Caffeine: none listed.

ALPHA Fuel

  • Caffeine, 50 mg: the clearest reason Fuel may feel different from standard ALPHA.
  • Alpha GPC and L-Tyrosine, 50 mg each: slightly lower than the standard formula.
  • Taurine and guarana, 20 mg each; theobromine, 15 mg: supporting stimulant-style ingredients.
  • L-Theanine: not listed on the current official Fuel ingredient panel.

The honest read is simple: disclosure makes ALPHA easier to audit, but the caffeine amount in Fuel is more likely to drive a noticeable short-term effect than the smaller nootropic quantities. That is an inference from the labels, not a finished-product clinical result.

Safety and Dose Trade-Offs

Both formulas contain zero nicotine, so they do not expose the user to nicotine or maintain nicotine dependence. That does not make repeated pouch use risk-free. Any oral pouch can irritate the same gum area when it is used continuously, and Fuel adds caffeine plus other stimulant-style ingredients.

Standard ALPHA is the easier formula to fit around coffee because it lists no caffeine. Fuel users should count its 50 mg caffeine alongside coffee, energy drinks, pre-workout, and medication sources. People who are pregnant, caffeine-sensitive, managing a condition, or taking medication should ask a clinician before using a concentrated supplement-style pouch.

We also would not use ALPHA as nicotine-replacement treatment. It may preserve the pouch ritual, but it is not an approved cessation medicine and does not treat nicotine withdrawal.

Testing Notes and Buying Verdict

In our testing, Fuel felt more immediate than standard ALPHA, which is consistent with the 50 mg caffeine label. Standard ALPHA was less forceful. Flavor starts strong, but the mint profiles can become chemical-tasting after extended use. These are hands-on observations, not clinical outcomes.

The current stock status changes the recommendation. We would not pay a large reseller premium for an older can while the manufacturer is sold out. If ALPHA returns at the listed $4.99 price, standard ALPHA is the more coherent choice for a caffeine-free ritual; Fuel is mainly a compact caffeine format.
